Job description
You will be working with a team that’s building an innovative product for the wearable optics industry. Your primary work will be but not limited to :
Create libraries/native SDK for iOS to take picture automatically when a preset marker is identified in camera view.
Detect and highlight presence of markers in an image, compute scale by comparing it with known real world size of the marker.
Gaze estimation computation to understand where the user is looking
All of the work is around 2D photographs only.
Must have strong grasp of geometry and ability to translate math formula to code.
Continue supporting pre-built code maintenance as required
Collaborate with web & mobile application developers as needed to create product

Selection process —
1. preliminary phone interview & CV discussion
2. Geometry interpretation & Machine test (in person or remote)
3. Team compatibility & Onboarding

We feel this will be a great opportunity for you folks to know our people at a more personal level and also be appreciative of their efforts. Last week, we all at RDA received this message from our CEO. I must say, I was humbled at how appreciative the team is :)

This got me thinking, so I want all to genuinely answer this (publicly here or as a private message to me)

1. Do you feel that your managers, team mates or CEO, DO NOT listen to your ideas?
2. Do you think that our company is not evolving as fast as you envisioned or has stopped evolving at all?
3. Do you think there is nothing more to learn
4. When you are working on a problem, do you have the freedom to choose the best solutions and methods.
5. Do you think your talents, hardwork & loyalty is not recognized or not valued?

Please answer honestly so that we may understand our workplace better and keep any issues, poor practices & productivity hinderers outside RDA. I want our office floor to be a stress free environment for everyone, big or small. You may also send in your responses via email or private skype message.
