The Cyber Intelligence and Research Council (CIRC) is an organization to provide a platform for the coordination of activities related to cyber security, ethical hacking and cybercrime prevention. The CIRC is responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of policies, strategies and program's for the prevention and protection of India's cyber infrastructure. It also works to establish a secure and resilient information and communication infrastructure for the country.
