Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit for various type of roles (IT and Non-IT) using Job boards, LinkedIn, Social media
2. Excellent salary negotiation skills with candidates.
3. Collect and verify needed documents for the onboarding process
4. Format the resume for submission.
5. Register/Submit Candidate in VMS/MSP
6. Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
7. Review and understand technical job requirements.
8. Understanding the requirements, creating Boolean Search, Cold Calling.
Skills/Exp:
1. Experience recruiting on W2.
2. Good understanding of US Tax Terms.
3. Hands-on experience with US job portals like Dice, Monster, JobDiva, LinkedIn & other social media networking sites.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
