AYAN Softwares is looking for a sharp, enthusiastic Business Development Executive who's hungry to break into (or grow within) the IT/Software sales world and loves the thrill of turning a cold lead into a warm conversation.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate qualified leads for our Salesforce products and consulting services
- Extract and build contact/email lists from LinkedIn and other platforms
- Work LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with decision-makers
- Bid on and manage opportunities on Upwork and other freelance/bidding platforms
- Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Maintain and enrich CRM data — you love working with data, not avoiding it
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and content
✅ What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the IT or Software industry
- Fluent English — strong verbal and written communication is non-negotiable
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with Upwork and other bidding/freelance platforms
- Comfortable extracting contact/email data from LinkedIn and similar platforms
- A genuine interest in data — organizing it, mining it, and using it to drive outreach
- Self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
💡 Bonus Points
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem
- Prior experience with email outreach tools or CRM platforms
