A truly insightful session with Raveesh Jasuja on the evolving landscape of Operational Resilience & GRC.
One of the strongest takeaways from the discussion was that resilience cannot be treated as a framework or a project, it must be embedded into an organization's culture. In an increasingly interconnected world, operational resilience is about ensuring that critical services continue to function even during significant disruptions.
The session also highlighted how Operational Resilience extends far beyond traditional, siloed approaches to risk management, business continuity, compliance, and technology. Organizations must adopt a more integrated perspective that connects people, processes, technology, third parties, and governance.
Another key insight was the growing importance of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). As organizations become more dependent on external partners and suppliers, the integrity and resilience of third-party ecosystems have become critical components of overall organizational resilience.
