They say that it takes an entire village to raise a child. And this 'child' of 6 was no different! Too many crazy team members, well-wishers, friends, families, clients, risk-takers, soothsayers, do-gooders, critics, partners-in-crime, prayer-sayers, warning-givers, 'bail-out'ers and many more were involved in getting us to where we are. Some with us, some not, and some kindly looking down from the heavens above! A big shout out to all!

Trust is the important factor that helps teams to motivate & perform together for organizational goals. Building trust among the virtual team especially the COVID joiners is a task during such uncertain times. Without the element of trust, there are high chances of team members easily getting distracted from their common goals which might create a 'communication breakdown' casing wastage of resources.

Team members need to know each other if they are working in a team and performing tasks together. The simple act of getting to know each other within the team creates positive energy between team members and they work towards organizational goals and feel motivated.
