We hope the 5 week session will provide students a chance to hear and learn first-hand from Security and Compliance experts at Microsoft. And we're done with our very first event of 2022 "Dawn CTF". We are extremely elated to witness such an enthusiastic participation from freshers throughout the event.

The ultimate objective of this 2-day CTF is to help students delve into the fascinating hacking experience one could gain through solving real-time CTF challenges as participants raced against time to prove their competence. Although each and every participant demonstrated sheer dedication and efforts in tackling challenges, only few managed to make it to the Dawn CTF's wall of fame as our Top 10 performers on the leaderboard. Cybsec team congratulates you all for such an applaudable performance in Dawn CTF. Keep up the zeal as this is just the tip of the iceberg and there's more to explore in our upcoming events.

As we end Dawn CTF on a high note, we would like to once again thank all the wonderful participants for making this event a success.

Now, we will go through the tools of “OSINT” OSINT is used in the Ethical Hacking and Pe*******on Testing as well as in indentifying external threats. And Using the right OSINT tool for organization can improve cybersecurity by helping to discover information about the company, employees, IT assets and other confidential or sensitive data that could be exploited by an attacker. Few tools used collecting open source intelligence are Whois, Shodan, Recon-ng, Google dorks, Exiftool and few more. You can check about them in the post above.
