The new privately operated, Indian focused address will offer shorter, more memorable, first choice names which are otherwise hard to find in .com, .net or .in. So for instance, instead of registering mukeshandsons.in or .com, a certain Mr. Mukesh can now register mukesh.in.net as his website address.

Google Nexus 4 review: A killer smartphone :
After a long delay of six months,Google Nexus 4 has finally made its way to India. Though it is being sold by LG and remains unavailable on Google Play Store as of now, we are glad that the much-awaited flagship Nexus smartphone of Google is finally retailing in the domestic market.

It is widely known that Nexus 4 has top-notch hardware (at least as per last year's standards, when it was launched) and is priced much more competitively than rivals. We tested the device to see exactly how good it is and whether it is a better option than the likes of Samsung Galaxy S III, HTC One X etc, which fall in the same price band.

Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg: I cry at work :
Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg said in an interview that it's ok for women to cry at work, share emotions and be honest about their femininity.
Sandberg shot to global fame after her the publication of her best-selling book "Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead" which talks about women's career struggles and advises women to "lean in" to reach their potential.
It has drawn bouquets from admirers for articulating a new modern feminist vision and brickbats from critics who say her lofty position has made her out-of-touch with the gruelling personal cost of combining career and family.

DISH Network's Anywhere App Updated To Version 2, Adds On Demand Streaming And Dedicated Tablet UI:
DISH Network may be hard at work trying to woo Sprint away from the clutches of SoftBank, but in the meantime, they've got a few million TV customers to satisfy. The DISH Anywhere app left a lot to be desired when it debuted, but version 2 adds much-needed features like access to the company's growing library of on-demand content. Of course, most of the on-demand content comes from HBO, Cinemax and the like, and if you're paying for them, you've already got access to the (usually better) dedicated streaming apps

Yahoo Updates Flickr App To v2.0 With Slick New UI And A Ton More Storage:
It seems like Yahoo is really trying to make waves lately with new-ish CEO Marissa Mayer at the helm. Not a day after announcing its acquisition of Tumblr, the company's other vowel-deficient service is getting a makeover, and that includes a new Android app. Flickr, that photo-sharing site of yesteryear, has been updated in Google Play with a new interface. Don't let the old Google Play screenshots fool you – the app has been totally redesigned to match the new desktop site.

Government wants Skype to set up servers in India :
India may ask all firms offering internet telephony, including popular online phone service provider Skype, to set up servers in the country if they want to continue offering this facility here. The move is aimed at allowing law enforcement and security agencies get access to newer forms of communications that cannot be tracked by traditional monitoring systems.
The Centre has also decided to ask internet service providers and mobile phone companies to 'segregate Internet Protocol (IP) addresses on a state basis', a step that will allow the government to block social networking sites or any other websites and even internet telephony on select states or regions in the country.

Field Trip is a somewhat experimental project out of Google's Niantic Labs, an internal start-up that is also responsible for the game Ingress. Field Trip is a location-aware experience just like Ingress, but its purpose is to alert you to notable stuff in your general vicinity. Showing you mildly interesting landmarks is one thing, but Field Trip can now get you free admission to 13 museums in addition to telling you where they are.

[Hands-On] Focus@Will Launches Android App, But It's Pretty Much Just The Website On A Smaller Screen:
I may have just heard about focus- and relaxation-inducing music site Focus@Will, but that hasn't stopped me from already falling in love with it. For much of my stare-at-a-screen-all-day career, I've actually wanted a service like this, and even have a few stations on Pandora and Spotify that almost mimic the service. Now that I've found F@W, though, those stations are essentially defunct.
