•Manage global social media tracking including keyword creation/maintenance, measurement of volume/sentiment, working collaboratively to synthesize findings via ad hoc and weekly updates, and complete custom analysis requests
• Identify and synthesize external third party and internal behavioral data in order to complement social analysis
• Design and implement reporting frameworks for owned, earned, and paid campaigns to measure and monitor the effectiveness of social campaigns across channels and translate them into meaningful, actionable plans
• Use listening and text mining to identify key themes and upcoming trends in consumer conversations around a product/event. Work with the content design team to align their strategy with consumer voice and interest
• Proactively analyze findings, in cooperation with team members, to develop internal story-based reporting

Job description
Role Summary: Reporting to the Creative & Development Director, the successful candidate will lead the concept, design, implementation, support, and ex*****on of front-end development for internal and external clients, for integrated, cross-channel initiatives. This person will have responsibility and accountability for both new and existing websites, coding native HTML, CSS, and PHP which brings visual imagery for desktop and mobile websites to life,ensuring compliance with customer guidelines and strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership teams by optimising websites for usability in accordance with W3C Standards, search engine optimisation concepts, and ADA accessibility techniques.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years hands-on experience as a WordPress developer, and be an expert in building responsive web pages, with the ability to translate mock-ups & prototypes into seamless web pages with good visual and functional elements.

Required Skills/Experience:

3+ Years Experience designing & building in WordPress CMS using both pre-built & custom templates
Experience with native HTML, CSS, & PHP with proficiency in the latest release of each
Incredibly proficient in the WordPress CMS
Ability to design beautiful websites based on contemporary design styles while staying on-brand
Proficient understanding of cross-browser & device compatibility issues and work-arounds
Online portfolio that includes examples of previous work
Driven, hard-working and ready to learn more!
Education Preference:

3+ years of professional experience preferred
Preferred Skills:

Solid understanding of server-side systems including cPanel, PHP MyAdmin, File Manager & more
Knowledge of other CMS systems like WordPress, Drupal, Magneto, Shopify, etc.
