Our journey began with an idea. We supplemented it with the belief that whatever we do, we have to add value for all our customers. You helped us nurture it with your feedback and support. The idea has grown from 3 founders and 5 member team in May ‘16 to 20 member team all across Hyderabad by June ‘17. The First Iftar Delivery Service in Hyderabad. The very first to do it.
We want to take this space to reassure you that in our journey of providing Iftar to every house, we refuse to be sucked in by any big brands. We understand that getting involved with any brands subject to being dependent on the length of their service. We refused to give away the freedom of controlling prices, quality and service. We care deeply about our product rather than just handling Logistics and finances.
Although, this year we were faced with competition. Our firm stands in the market for a year didn’t harm us a bit. These forces of imitating brands haven't just tested our standards and growth, but our quality control as well. It helped us set the bar much higher as pioneers.
And why our numbers were just not flat out in theory or alleged, but evident and Illustrated on the social media and in reality through word of mouth.
Some of the key takeaways from this year were
- Delivering to all UBER Drivers of Hyderabad.
- Enhanced our order handling technology to make "ORDERING GREAT AGAIN" with the addition of Fb messenger chatbot and Android app (Special thanks to Sazu Technologies for helping us out with the Android application stack)
- Introduced a Pocket-Friendly Box for just Rs 149.
- Launched Pick Up Points to meet our customers demand.
- Delivered to employees of prominent corporate companies like Amazon, Verizon, Bank of America and Cyient.
- Put up a smile on faces of underprivileged families with free Iftar Boxes and goodies.
- Delivered to congested parts of the cities for free.
However, the time has come for us to realize that even enjoyable experiences cannot last forever. To us, this is not a goodbye, but a call to action, an invitation to step up to the plate, and an opportunity to get the best out of Next Year.
Thank you, once again, for supporting our cause be it as a delivery executive, a customer, an employee, a vendor or as a friend. And thank you for making Iftar Move Service reach excellence and we will remember fondly in the years to come.
