Job Description :
• 8+ years of IT experience.
• Should have strong experience in designing, architecting and technically leading teams working on development or maintenance of Java Applications.
• Should be able to quickly understand the design and implementation of a Java application analyze and propose solutions. Technically lead project teams to implement major enhancements to the product.
• Should have hands on knowledge in Core Java, Java, J2EE technologies & Websphere. Exposure to Filenet is a plus.
• Good experience in customer facing and excellent communication skills is essential since this requires customer facing on a daily basis.
• Candidates should be self driven and manage challenging environment.
