A 12+ 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 >> 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗛 (𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗢𝗳𝗳) >> 𝗚𝗼-𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲, delivered on schedule in phases: data mappings, dry runs, cut-over preparation, go-live and post-go-live support. Together we brought 35+ company codes onto a single cloud platform, configured 200+ profit centers and built 60+ interfaces across:

☑️ 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Standardized processes, financial controls and multi-level approval workflows
☑️ 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Better control over procurement and inventory across the network
☑️ 𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bots automating daily customer and vendor data loads for reporting.

The platform now supports 1.5–2 million transactions a month and gives leadership a consolidated, reliable view across the group. This milestone was possible because of the vision, ownership, and active sponsorship of the API Holdings team, and the strength of our partnership with SAP.
