To manage and oversee all the e-commerce activities to fulfill business strategies.
-Daily overseeing the accounts, notification and orders.
-Daily analysis of planned vs. actual sales
Track Daily Sales Performance of multiple products, top selling products.
-Create pricing, discounting & promotional strategies for assigned products, maintain & improve profitability margins in assigned Products
-Identify new opportunities to introduce sales into the customer journey,
-Create marketing strategy for Product Portfolio, support catalog team for creation & uploading of most attractive Content & Images related to the product
-Coordinate with other department for updates e.g. purchase team for stock update
Skills:
-Strong knowledge and understanding on ecommerce/Amazon seller central
-Good communication, MIS and MS-excel, Google suite skills
-Understanding of E-commerce fulfilment process and how to achieve cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
-Should have very good writing skills.
-Should be enthusiastic about the undertaken work
-Should be able to handle wide range of responsibilities
-Candidate from eCommerce domain will be preferred
-Ready to unlearn and learn about eCommerce domain
