Real AI businesses need more than impressive demos. They need:

✅ Sustainable inference economics
✅ Strong data architecture and security
✅ Model independence and flexibility
✅ A competitive advantage that’s difficult to replicate

You don’t need to own GPUs or train foundation models to succeed.

But if your entire business depends on someone else’s intelligence, you’d better own the value you build around it.
