Scanatron Tech Services Jorhat centre started its journey in September 2009. All our engineers are fully trained and experienced in Computer field. Our plus point in service field is that we all are technical persons in service room .So we never depend on anybody for any kind of support in repairing level. We do everything, small or big in our service room (either at Jorhat or Guwahati). We do eve

rything 100% in our service centre and we also do not depend on any outside engineers. We don’t believe in promotion we believe in work. We don’t work only for money we work because we are crazy about computer & electronics technology and we want to learn from up-dated computer & electronics field and we are still learning about computer & electronics every single day by facing new kinds of faults and problems. We are not over confident but believe in ourselves and our belief is that all customers are important for us. So customer satisfaction is the main motto of our team. We also give response as soon as possible in between 2 to 4 hours in case of small fault and take 48 hours for major problem. We take 72 hours for data recovery, When we give an estimate to a customer then the customer can think that his item for repair is fully repairable. After customer confirmation we take maximum 2 days for delivering laptop. Some problem like display change, inverter replace, keyboard replacement we do everything in front of customers in our Jorhat Service centre and delivery at the same time. We are ready 24 X 7 for client support.
