About the Role:
A2 Infosys is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to handle onsite and remote technical support activities across Kerala. The candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT support services.

The engineer will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, CCTV systems, and related IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
* Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
Windows OS installation and software support
Printer installation and troubleshooting.
* Basic networking support (LAN/WiFi/Routers/Switches)
* CCTV and peripheral device support
* Customer onsite support and field service visits
* Coordination with clients and reporting service updates
* Managing support calls across Kollam, Trivandrum, and Pathanamthitta from Kollam
* Managing support calls across Ernakulam, Kottayam, and Alappuzha from Ernakulam.
* Candidates should be ready to travel outside the assigned location if required for customer support and project work across Kerala.

Required Qualification:
* Plus two/ Degree/ Diploma/ Hardware & Networking Course
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking required
* Good communication and customer handling skills
* Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
