🚀 We’re Hiring: Junior Project Manager
đź“Ť Location: Karur, Tamil Nadu
🧑‍💻 Experience: 1–3 Years
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support end-to-end software project delivery. If you have a strong understanding of Agile practices and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, this role is for you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in defining project scope, goals & deliverables
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules & reports
• Coordinate with development, QA & business teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Track sprint progress & manage backlogs
• Identify risks, issues & dependencies proactively
• Maintain documentation (MoM, risk logs, change requests)
• Support client communication & project updates
⚡ Core Skills Required:
• Agile & Scrum Methodology
• Project Coordination & Ex*****on
• Planning the Project
• Risk & Issue Handling
• Knowledge of SDLC & software delivery practices
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project
• Strong communication & organizational skills
🎓 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Scrum/Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)
• Exposure to client-facing roles
• Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, MS Teams
