TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONSENT FOR BENZ WEB TECHNOLOGIES
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Benz Web Technologies (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its clients. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and indicate your acceptance by signing the consent form.
1. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide the services agr
eed upon with the client, which may include but are not limited to software development, web development, network support, data backup and recovery, and consulting services.
2. Fees and Payment
The client agrees to pay the fees for services rendered by Benz Web Technologies as agreed upon in writing. Payment for services is due upon receipt of an invoice from the Company.
3. Confidentiality
Benz Web Technologies agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained during the course of its work with the client. The client agrees not to disclose any confidential information of the Company to any third party without the Company's prior written consent.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Benz Web Technologies retains all intellectual property rights related to any work performed for the client, including but not limited to source code, designs, and documentation. The client is granted a license to use any deliverables provided by Benz Web Technologies solely for its own internal business purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Benz Web Technologies shall not be liable to the client or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided by the Company, whether in contract or tort.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay Benz Web Technologies for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Benz Web Technologies is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction. CONSENT FORM
I have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to be bound by them. I consent to Benz Web Technologies' collection, use, and disclosure of my personal information for the purpose of providing me with services. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time upon written notice to Benz Web Technologies.
