Our last All Hands Day brought the team together under a vibrant FIFA World Cup-themed atmosphere. The energy was set from the very first whistle by Abel George and Abdul Aziz, who brought the FIFA World Cup spirit alive throughout the event.

The first half of the game was packed with valuable insights and achievements, featuring company updates from Vishal Vijayan, team updates by Vijay C, and a product presentation by Thejus Asokan. We also celebrated our Employee of the Month, Anuragh KP, and honored Vijay C with a special 10 Years of Excellence recognition, marking a decade of dedication and impact at Cubet.

We're excited to share that Phase 1 of The Operator's Manual: AI Foundations has now been completed across Cubet, helping Cubetians build a practical understanding of AI, responsible usage, and real-world workflows.

As AI becomes an integral part of everyday operations, our focus extends beyond tools. We're actively establishing the foundations for scalable AI adoption through governance, compliance, adoption metrics, and continuous learning. Dedicated AI mentors, standardized processes, and private AI infrastructure are also being put in place to support secure and effective AI usage.
