The forms you have been using for years have changed. Do you know their new equivalents?
With the Income-tax Act, 2025 and corresponding Rules, TDS and TCS forms have been renumbered and realigned to fit the new framework.
The underlying compliance remains familiar.
What has changed is how forms are identified and linked to sections.
For example:
Form 24Q is now mapped to a new form number.
Form 26Q, 27Q, and 27EQ have also been renumbered.
TDS certificates such as Form 16 and 16A continue, but within the updated structure.
This shift aligns forms with Sections 392, 393, 394, and 397, creating a more structured and system-driven compliance framework.
Using the correct form number for the correct use case becomes critical, especially when handling multiple entities, returns, or clients.
At TDSMAN, systems are updated to reflect these changes, helping teams stay aligned with the latest framework without disrupting existing workflows.
