Job Title: Senior Customer Support Executive – SnapKey Marketing

Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in SaaS, CRM, or tech-based customer support)
Salary : 20000 – 35000
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)
• Strong Knowledge of Software support, SQL query, Data handling, logical testing, Hardware support
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts, if needed
• Good communication skill
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line and escalated support to users across channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, web chat).
• Handle product onboarding, training sessions, and usage guidance for new clients.
• Resolve technical or operational issues related to SnapKey features, integrations, or system access.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech, product) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM.
• Monitor client usage patterns and proactively reach out to improve adoption.
• Assist in creating user guides, FAQs, training videos, and support documentation.
• Collect and share customer feedback for product improvement.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention.
