🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Specialist with strong expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, Speech Technologies, and real-time AI systems. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI initiatives and contribute to the development of intelligent, scalable, and context-aware conversational systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead AI/ML projects focused on multimodal interaction, conversational AI, and emotion-aware systems
✅ Architect and develop AI-powered companions using NLP, ASR, TTS, and intent recognition technologies
✅ Build scalable and low-latency real-time interaction systems
✅ Work on speech understanding, dialogue management, and natural language generation
✅ Develop privacy-aware cloud-edge AI deployments
✅ Collaborate with product and design teams to create intelligent user experiences
✅ Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for adoption
✅ Contribute to research papers, patents, and technical whitepapers where applicable
✅ Ensure production-ready code quality, testing, and documentation standards
🔹 Required Skills & Expertise
✔ 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP domains
✔ Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch
✔ Expertise in NLP/NLU/NLG frameworks such as HuggingFace, spaCy, Rasa
✔ Experience with Speech Technologies:
• ASR: Whisper, DeepSpeech
• TTS: Tacotron, FastSpeech
✔ Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, Context Modeling, and Personalization
✔ Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or JavaScript
✔ Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure and edge devices like NVIDIA Jetson or smartphones
✔ Familiarity with low-latency architectures and real-time AI systems
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree or relevant AI certifications preferred
• Experience in human-AI interaction, affective computing, or multimodal systems is an added advantage
• Exposure to academic-industry collaborative projects or AI research initiatives preferred
