Key Account Executive – CRM & Field Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Executive responsible for managing CRM activities and driving business growth through regular client visits. The role requires experience in both sales and field sales, with a focus on relationship building, deal closure, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer, lead, and sales data
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines to support effective key account management
Conduct regular client visits to build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities
Present products/solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals with key clients
Gather customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights during field visits
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum experience in e-sales and field sales/business development
Proven ability to manage key accounts and close deals
Experience using CRM tools for lead and sales management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel for regular client visits
