Heartiest congratulations to Dr. Judith Braganza, Professor, BITS Pilani, Goa Campus, on being conferred the Goa Rajya Vidnyanik Puraskar – Environment Category for her significant contribution to environmental science, research, and innovation.

The award was presented by Hon’ble Minister for Science & Technology, Shri Atanasio Monserrate, in the presence of Shri Jose Manuel Noronha, Chairman, GSInC, and Shri Mohd. Shabir, IAS, Director, DS&T&WM.

The Goa State Innovation Council (GSInC) Annual Report 2025–26 was released today by Hon’ble Minister for Science & Technology, Shri Atanasio Monserrate, in the presence of Shri Jose Manuel Noronha, Chairman, GSInC, and Shri Mohd. Shabir, IAS, Director, Department of Science, Technology & Waste Management.

The report highlights a year of impactful initiatives across STEM education, innovation, prototyping, IPR, startups, and industry–academia collaboration, along with the continued growth of the Virtual Innovation Register (VIR) and the successful hosting of INEX India 2025, bringing innovators from 20+ countries together.
