⚡ Dead E-Scooter? Don't Throw It Away—Fix It! 🛵💨Paani ki wajah se kharab huye E-Scooter controller ko fekne ki zaroorat nahi hai, ise easily repair kiya ja sakta hai! Is video me maine apna pura workshop repair process step-by-step dikhaya hai. Iskat pura repair process:
🔹 Petrol Deep Clean: PCB se saara paani, corrosion aur carbon bilkul achhe se saaf kiya.
🔹 MOSFET Replacement: High Side aur Low Side ke sabhi 8 shorted MOSFETs ko naye MOSFETs se replace kiya.
🔹 Workbench Testing: Workstation par hi multimeter se saare pin-outs aur components ko thoroughly test kiya taaki koi shorting na rahe. 🔧 EV Controller Repair Tutorial! ⚡

​Hello dosto! Aaj ki is video me humne ek EV controller ki reparing dikhayi hai.

​Problem kya tha?

​Jab humne board ko check kiya, toh iske 2 MOSFETs poori tarah se short aur kharab mile.
​Iske alawa, ek gate resistance bhi jalkar damage ho gaya tha.

​Solution / Humne kya kiya:
​Humne dono damaged MOSFETs ko naye MOSFETs se badal diya hai.

​Saath hi, damaged gate resistance ko bhi naye part se replace kar diya hai.

​💡 Pro Tip: Jab bhi aap MOSFET change karein, toh gate resistance ko zaroor check karein! Agar resistance kharab hoga, toh naya MOSFET lagate hi dubara kharab ho sakta hai.
