There are journeys that are measured in years… and then there are journeys that are measured in struggles, sacrifices, lessons, relationships, and the courage to stand back up after falling apart.

Today, when I look back at our journey, I don’t just see projects, companies, or milestones — I see moments that shaped us.

This journey started with just ₹200 in my pocket. There were days when even managing basic needs was difficult, and in the early days, I remember having meals at the Gurudwara. Those moments never made me feel weak — instead, they taught me humility, gratitude, and the importance of never giving up.

Over the years, we experienced both incredible highs and some of the darkest phases of life. Especially from 2013 to 2018, when it felt like everything had been lost. It was a phase that tested us emotionally, financially, mentally, and professionally. Many would have stopped there. But we chose to rebuild — step by step, project by project, client by client, and day by day.

And perhaps that rebuilding phase became our greatest strength.

Back in 2009, we were recognized as one of the best programming teams for creating *ConversionStats*, a platform that later went on to be sold in billions. After that, we became part of the team behind *ComTranslations*, another massive success story that was eventually sold in billions as well. Those achievements gave us confidence, but life later taught us that success is not permanent — consistency, resilience, and character matter even more.

Since then, we have delivered some of the most complex and challenging projects across different industries. What makes me truly proud is not only the work, but the trust. We have clients who continue to work with us year after year, and that trust means more than any award or recognition.

Today, we are proud to be the technical team behind platforms like *MoneyFirst.com.au*, *PayPenny.io*, *Bidel.xyz*, *Guardia.co.uk*, *MahaanVastu.com*, and many other growing businesses and startups.

None of this would have been possible without an incredible team. A team that stood strong during difficult times, took responsibilities when needed, worked beyond expectations, accepted criticism positively, corrected mistakes, and continuously evolved. I have seen team members transform into leaders simply because they cared deeply about the work and the people around them.

One thing I always say is — projects are not built by coding alone. They are built by ownership, honesty, sleepless nights, teamwork, accountability, and the willingness to improve every single day.

And the journey is far from over.

We are now preparing to launch a new travelling portal and are actively working on several major projects that we are excited to reveal next year. The vision is growing bigger, the responsibilities are increasing, and so is our determination to keep building meaningful products and lasting relationships.

Through every success and every failure, one thing remained constant — the belief that no matter how difficult the road becomes, we must keep moving forward.

To every client who trusted us, every team member who stood beside us, every friend who motivated us, every critic who helped us improve, and every well-wisher who prayed for our growth — thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This journey belongs to all of us.
We are 19 years old now.
And we are only getting started.

The financial year 2025–2026 has truly been a remarkable journey for all of us. It stands as a testament to the collective effort, dedication, and resilience of our entire team. I would like to sincerely acknowledge both the hard work and the smart work that each one of you has contributed throughout the year.

Of course, like any growing organization, we faced certain challenges and occasional lapses in our approach. However, if I had to summarize this entire year in one line, it would be: “Teamwork Won.” Time and again, we demonstrated that when one of us struggled, another stepped in to support and deliver. This spirit of collaboration is our biggest strength and something we must continue to build upon.

I strongly believe that every individual possesses unique strengths and capabilities. The only gap sometimes lies in our ability to channel our focus in the right direction. One area where we collectively need improvement is maintaining discipline and minimizing distractions. A significant concern observed over the past year has been the excessive consumption of short-form content, such as reels, during work hours.

Let me be clear—if your aspiration is to become a content creator or influencer, that’s absolutely encouraged. However, it requires full commitment and dedicated effort outside of office responsibilities. Dividing attention between professional work and such activities not only limits your personal growth but also impacts team morale. There have been instances where this behavior has influenced others negatively, raising questions about fairness and focus. This is something we must consciously correct moving forward.

Another important area of improvement, particularly for underperformers, is ownership of work. Every project we undertake must be treated as our own. It is essential that our code and deliverables are well-structured, properly documented, and easy for others to understand and maintain. Just as we expect quality when we purchase a product in the market, our clients expect the same level of excellence from us.

Quality should not be an afterthought—it must be embedded in everything we do. Our work should reflect professionalism, clarity, and pride. When a new team member picks up a project, they should find it seamless to understand and continue. More importantly, our clients should feel confident and privileged to work with us because of the standards we maintain.

I am proud to share that throughout this year, not even a single client felt they were working with the wrong team. On the contrary, we received appreciation for our commitment, responsiveness, and quality of work. This is a significant achievement, and I extend my heartfelt kudos to every team member for making this possible.

As we step into the new financial year 2026–2027, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. Our focus will now shift towards innovation and scalability, as we plan to launch three of our own products. This marks an important transition from being purely a service-based organization to establishing ourselves in the product space.

Alongside our business goals, we are equally committed to building a positive and engaging workplace culture. We aim to create an environment that is both productive and enjoyable. To support this, we will be introducing monthly team celebrations and recognizing outstanding contributions through an “Employee of the Month” initiative.

Let’s carry forward the energy, the teamwork, and the commitment that defined this past year. The opportunities ahead are immense, and with the same unity and focus, there is no limit to what we can achieve.

Let’s rock and make it happen.
