how to block website without any software Dear friend

you can block any website by following these steps carefully

1.start - run then type
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIV ERS\ETC for Vista and XP
or
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVER S\ETC for Win 2000
or
C:\WINDOWS for Windows 98 and ME
or
2. Open HOSTS with Notepad.

3. Directly under the line that says 127.0.0.1 Localhost, you will want to type:
127.0.0.1 name of the URL you want to block
For example to block the website MySpace.com, simply type:
127.0.0.1 myspace.com
127.0.0.1 www.myspace.com

It is necessary to add a website with and without the “www.”. You can add any number of websites to this list.
4. Close Notepad and answer “Yes” when prompted.
5. After blocking the website, test it in any of the browser.If every thing is done as said above,the website must not appear in any of the web browsers. You should see a Cannot find server or DNS Error saying: “The page cannot be displayed”.

Now change "path_of_the_wallpa per " to the exact path of the wallpaper which you want to set as background.

2. Now save the file with name "Desktop.ini" (including quotes) and copy the file in the desired folder which is "Setup" in our example.

rename am , pm start - setting - control pannel - double click on regional and language option - click on customize - click on time tab - in am symbol tab and pm symbol tan type whatever you want

HOW TO CREATE BLANK FOLDER CREATE A FOLDER ( DONT TYPE NAME ) THEN HOLD ALT AND PRESS 0255 NOW RELEASE ALT KEY THEN PRESS ENTER
NOW A FOLDER IS READY WITHOUT NAME

To log of computer type shutdown -l -t 100 -c "your message"
To restart computer type shutdown -r -t 100 -c " your message"

8- IF U WANT TO STOP PC TO SHUTDOWN THEN RUN SHUTDOWN -A COMMAND FROM RUN PROMPT WITH IN 100 SECOND JUST LIKE PICT -8

NOTE - U CAN ALSO REBOOT , SHUTDOWN PC EVERY TIME AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOUR WINDOW START . FOR IMPLEMENT IT JUST COPY ABOVE CREATED SHORTCUT AND PASTE IT IN TO THE STARTUP FOLDER ( START - PROGRAMS -DOUBLE CLICK ON STARTUP ) NOW REBOOT PC . NOW YOUR PC WILL BE START AUTOMATICALLY EVERY TIME .
IF U WANT TO DO RIGHT THIS - GO TO SAFE MODE AND REMOVE SHORTCUT FROM STARTUP FOLDER.

U CAN ALSO REBOOT/SHUTDOWN NETWORK PC BY THIS COMMAND
SHUTDOWN -S -T 100 -M \\COMPUTERNAME OR IP ADDRESS OF NETWORK PC. JUST LIKE FOLLOWING PICT

how to set picture in my computer properties

if u want to set picture in mycomputer properties just like it then follow these steps .

open ur picture in mspaint and save as the name of oemlogo.bmp
just like it
now save notepad file as oeminfo.ini

copy both file oemlogo.bmp & oeminfo.ini and paste in system32 folder

note -
for go to the system 32 folder type system32 root command in run prompt

now check properties of my computer
