Yesterday felt less like work and more like a milestone.
One of our interns wrapped up his journey at Webguruz. When he joined, he had never touched HubSpot. A few internal sessions later, he was handling setups on his own and walking the rest of us through them.
So we did what we always do at the end of an internship. We sat down with him.
Not to grade him. Just to talk.
What did you actually learn here?
Where did we make it harder than it needed to be?
Some of the feedback was not easy to hear. That is exactly why we ask for it.
The part we noticed most was his confidence in the room today. Same person, completely different from his first week here.
That does not come from sessions alone. It comes from doing the actual work.
