Last week, our founder spent a day at the Social Media Bootcamp 2025 by Zoho and Zoho Social, and it was one of the most insightful learning experiences they’ve had in a while.

As a long-time Zoho Partner, they’ve always believed that the strength of an ecosystem lies not just in its products but in the community that builds around it.

And this event was the perfect example of that.

An incredible session with marketers, product experts, influencers, content creators, entrepreneurs, and teams eager to elevate their social media game using Zoho Social.

It was insightful to see how brands across industries are rethinking social media, not as a channel to “post more,” but as a system to build smarter, automate better, and measure deeper.

One line from Sridhar Vembu today made me rethink how we measure talent in India.

India still values Degrees > Skills.
But the future will belong to Skills > Degrees.

Sridhar Vembu reminded everyone of a truth we often overlook: Zoho hires for competence, not certificates.

No job at Zoho requires a degree. And if a manager adds that requirement, HR asks them to remove it.

It is a bold stance, especially in a country where:
