Responsibilities
Account creation
Create new Highlight accounts daily, in relation to an event schedule and other
business needs/roadmap through the Highlight Admin tool. (This information
will be provided in a pre-populated spreadsheet on a rolling basis - training will
be provided on the Admin tool)
Check for errors with new accounts and report any recurring issues to product
/ gTech
Respond to any one off or special account requests from BD/Partnerships
Ongoing Creator support
Ongoing support in the language corresponding to the country (or requesting)
translations via Translation Model tools)
Fix account errors (name changes, account info updates, etc) as directed by
BD/Partnerships (Highlight Admin Tool)
Manage support queue, and document common issues, and escalate when
needed
Work with gTech lead to develop canned responses to most common issues
Triage inbound support questions and prioritize responses
Work with gTech lead on future support workflows as directed
Run download of KG data when requested
