Job Title: AR Caller (US Healthcare)

Up to ₹5 LPA (Approx. ₹40,000 In-hand per month)

We are hiring AR Callers for the US Healthcare process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups with insurance companies to ensure timely payment and resolution of denied or pending claims.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on unpaid or underpaid medical claims with US insurance providers
Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections
Work on medical billing, hospital billing, and physician billing
Identify payment discrepancies and take corrective actions
Maintain accurate documentation of call outcomes and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client guidelines

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in US Healthcare AR Calling
Knowledge of Medical Billing, Hospital Billing, and Physician Billing
Strong understanding of AR workflows and insurance follow-ups
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduates are eligible to apply
Absconded candidates can also be considered
Immediate joiners preferred
