Job Summary Sales Manager

A well reputed software company Divytec Vision (P) Ltd. is currently seeking candidates for the position of Sales Managers. Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training and managing a team of Sales Executives who will be responsible for sales of company's cloud-based software along with other services in the assigned areas.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Sales Manager a candidate will be responsible for field sales with hiring a team of 10-15 Sales persons (depending upon the area) (Company’s HR department will assist you in the hiring process) and looking after the performance of your team and reporting weekly/monthly stats to the head office or other authorize persons. Motivating and helping your team in day-to-day tasks and providing support to them so that the team can achieve its target should be your main focus. You shall be responsible to finalized self-sale with clients and support the sales team to finalize their sale.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

A candidate applying for the position must have managerial experience of 5-6 years where s/he must have managed a team of more than 10 members along with total minimum 10 years sales experience. Candidates with an MBA degree will be preferred but it’s not a must have if you have an adequate experience and a desire to succeed and are willing to work hard.
Candidate should be proficient in using computer and Smart phone and should have his personal computer/laptop, Internet connection and a smart phone to run company's software and Apps.
