Honoured to share the success of Campus to Corporate 4.0, a flagship competition organized by the Computer Society of India (CSI) in collaboration with XMEGA, under the leadership of Mayur Borse (Founder & CEO, XMEGA) and Udayraj Pawar (Managing Director, XMEGA).

The objective of this initiative was to create a structured pathway for students to transition from academic learning to corporate readiness, through real-time evaluation of technical competence, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

The event was conducted in three stages:
• Round 1: Aptitude & Technical Assessment (14 October)
200 participants → 60 shortlisted
• Round 2: Group Discussion (17 October)
Focus on analytical thinking, clarity of communication, and collaboration → 15 shortlisted
• Final Round: Technical + HR Evaluation (17 October)
Top 10 candidates selected for final positions

The top-performing participants have been offered an internship opportunity at XMEGA, where they will receive hands-on exposure to real-world development practices and corporate work culture.

Sincere appreciation to the Computer Society of India (CSI) for driving this initiative and for their continued collaboration in shaping industry-ready talent.
