Job Description:
• Candidate should be able to handle filing duties.
• Experienced in using computers for data entry & maintain excel sheets & update the system
• Candidate should have a good understanding of MS Office operating systems…
• Proof reading the documents / mails before sending it for finalization and to clients.
• Candidate should have hands on experience in scanning & photocopying of documents.
• Experience in handling incoming mails, answering emails, outgoing messages, answering calls, queries, etc.
• Candidate should be able to recover documents and files when requested by managers & senior colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in any stream.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Efficiently correspond with associates / advocates & other members in the team.
• Good command over English both written & verbally.
• Well-versed in MS OFFICE.
• Candidate should have attention to details.
• Well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated candidate.
• Good Telephonic Skills.
• Good Typing & documentation skills.
