We are hiring for Application Support Engineer (L1 – Voice Support) for Noida Location.
Experience - 0.6-3 Years
Responsibilities:
-Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, applications and network.
-Troubleshoot platform problems and act as escalation point for customer issues.
-Candidate should open for 24X7 operations. Night shifts are only for Male Candidates, no night shifts for Female ones.
Requirements:
-Understanding of system, application and network best practices.
-Available to respond and handle after hour issues and be on call. We're operating a global service which requires 24/7/365 uptime.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (US Accent is preferable)
-Able to grow and adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
-Basic knowledge in SQL Query Language.
-15 days’ Notice Period is preferable.
