Whom Should You Hire to Ensure Your Call Delivery?

In recent past while hosting an Adword account for one of our new client (center) we faced a Suspension after running successfully for 4 days! We were clueless as to where we went wrong as we always follow updated policies, best practices to ensure the ROI from a campaign as well as to ensure the longitivity of the account. We never try to game the system. After much of the brain stroming we could figure the issue out and spoke with the representative at Google and put forward our case to re-review the account after rectificaton.
The team at google was very responsive and we came out clean with the request and back in business in less than 2 hrs of time.

That really saved our day and we learned one new thing that though we have been in the same business of hosting and managing campaign for past 4 yrs in the same domain we need to still give great attention to small details which most of the advertisers ignores easily or unknowingly.

This probably set us apart from others while ensuring a sure delivery.

Quintly’s latest study involves the analysis of 187,000 Facebook profiles and over 7.5m Facebook posts from January to July 2017.

Alongside the discovery that 92% of these profiles used native video, it was found that Facebook native videos resulted in 530% more comments than YouTube videos.

Cementing the power of the platform, Quintly also found a 477% higher average share rate for Facebook native videos, and a 168% higher average interaction rate compared to YouTube videos.

A quick tip which always worked for me to get noticed through search

The selection of your keywords is extremely important, to capture the interest of search engines by assigning keywords to each page of your website. Here are a few tips for selecting the right keywords:

Stay simple and specific. The more you hone your keywords, the less competition you will have and the higher you may be able to rank. Your keywords represent the essence of what you do, where you do it, and what you offer. A private tutor group who specialize in after school classes might use specific words like “after school tutor group in Hong Kong,” “after school tutors” or “Hong Kong tutors”, for example.

Be strategic. Put your keywords in page names, image names, page content, headers, and metadata. Use a few toward the top of the page so search engines pick up on them quicker.

Be natural. Don’t overuse or overstuff your keywords; it will make your content harder to read for people and search engines alike. Evaluate context in your content, because your search engine will be doing the same thing when it looks at your page. Use your keywords where they fit naturally; don’t over-think their placement.

If you are into a business where your revenue depends on conversions which is of course any call based business is.

The make or break factor is the leads or calls of the potential buyers of the designated niche you are working on. Right?

The following pic came up in my mind (though I have extracted it from google) when I was discussing the worst fear of a call center owner when she sees her agents are sleeping due to the dearth of calls which occurred for many reasons she explained to me. However this center's situation is much better now :)

Pay-Per-Call is a solution where the center purchases live call transfers or the traffic to a site calls for more information on the product and services.

At least 40% work is done because the caller is interested then rest is up to the able agents who entertain the calls. Its estimated that the expense of such acquire is about ~30% of the revenue generated which most of the centers are reluctant to spend and explores much cheaper options which ultimately results in wastage of man hr of the operation and ultimately hampers the bottom line.

Startups, don’t forget these two points when experimenting with Digital marketing plan.It does not take longer to turn your excitement into disappointment when you start planning your digital presence through digital marketing & find that its more tedious than expected to reach the timely goal.

So are are two basic checkpoints.

1. Do one thing/activity at a time.

Its better to work on single front at time, say you better work on your blog post to provide the best targeted knowledge base in your industry. Make it your business to share more related content of your domain than your competitors combined.

Once you substantially have done this then you may proceed to email marketing or other resources which you plan to further your reach.

There is no point spreading too thin, rather deep dive one then next.

2. Know ins and out of your domain.

Digital marketing is not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Think about it like this: A company with a focus on e-commerce technology will not take the same approach as one in the sports industry. If you simply try to follow the leader, you will find yourself wasting a lot of time, money and other resources.

It’s imperative that you know the inner workings of your industry .
