Meeting the SLAS and Timelines
Excellent with Excel, Macros, LOOKUPS, Charts, Statistics and Pivot Tables
Implementation of Processes and Technology, handling of events conferences
Driver Training
Daily interaction with transport service provider, for proper fleet requirement and management
Weekly meeting with vendor, document the MOM and share the same with the Citi site lead.
Ensure Safety & Security of the employees availing company transport
Improving satisfaction level of internal customers by close monitoring of the transportation service at assigned location
Verify entry made in the system on a daily basis and monitor SLA metric on daily basis
Monitor transport spend and Alert Management in case cost are increasing and provide justification
Verify, review and submit to Citi transport lead, monthly Vendor MIS for their respective site on time.
Handle escalations received from employees on transport service
Handle escalations received from Transport team on Vendors and vice versa.
Ensuring the service provider complies with provisions of Motor Vehicles Act, provisions of RTO, Vehicle Insurance, Road Permit, Vehicle Permit, Driver Licenses, etc.
Risk and COB situation management with minimum impact to employees and business
Monitor and take corrective action on outcome from, Customer Satisfaction Survey results provided by Citi transport lead
