1) Sales Team Leader : for P&G. (10)
Location: Ahmedabad / Tragad / Modasa
Salary : 15 k to 21 K + Incentives per month
Education: Post Graduates or Graduates in any discipline (Engineers not preferred), Working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Experience: About 4 - 5 years of sales work experience
Valid Two wheeler with license Must
Language: English & Fluency in local language

Responsibility:
· STL is responsible for business plans delivery and sales fundamentals results for his/her team (team of Sales executives & Merchandisers) and assigned territory/area,
· Responsible for quality ex*****on of Initiatives.
· In addition he/she is responsible for identifying development areas for the Sales Executives, preparing a training calendar and imparting in-market/ class-room training for defined P&G training programs
· Planning and achievement of DSE-wise Coverage, volume & fundamentals in the assigned area objectives in the assigned area
· Planning and ex*****on of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area
· Works with all Top Stores & leads the Joint business planning with these stores
· Planning and achievement of Local Initiatives / priorities (eg OHD thrust, Coverage extension plans, RPS drive )
· Analysis and planning of business DSE-wise/ customer-wise / Product category/ SKU-wise for the assigned area.
· Skill up gradation of Sales Executives & Merchandisers.
· Audit of BCP process, initiative ex*****on etc..
· Track Sales Executive & Merchandiser skill up gradation
· Impart regular in-market/ classroom training
· Participates in the site Joint Business Planning process
· Leads Business Team reviews in the Canvass meetings
· On-going Performance review of his/her team of Sales executives & Merchandisers
· Records and reports
· Ensure proper collection for assigned area
2) Sales Executive : For P&G & Britannia both ( 100 count)
Age: 18 to 35 years
Salary : 10 k to 15k + Incentives Per Month
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma or Graduates in any discipline
Valid Two wheeler with license Must
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sell volume, distribute, corporate hanger, shelving and meeting call and productivity target.
Plan, execute, and maintain quality coverage to maximize business results with the lowest cost.
Accurately report in a timely basis in-store results, financial reports, competitive activities, drive/initiate results and volume results and building goodwill in the distributors market.
3) Merchandiser : For P&G
Age: 18 to 35 years
Salary : 7K to 9K + Incentives per month
Education: 8th to 10th Pass minimum
Roles & Responsibilities: Merchandiser is responsible for achieving & creating in store Product visibility, responsible for ensuring excellent P&G product presence in stores(by driving visibility, shelving &Display ex*****on).
