Book Review: मेन्टल मॉडेल्स (Mental Models: 38 Powerful Thinking Frameworks for Better Decision-Making)

After reading half of Dr. Yogesh Haribhau Kulkarni’s Marathi book मेन्टल मॉडेल्स (Mental Models), I am thoroughly impressed. The book is written in simple language, and each model is explained with clear, relatable examples. The book introduces frameworks from diverse fields (psychology, management, economics, science, etc.), making complex ideas easy to grasp. I also appreciate how each model has a meaningful Marathi name, which makes the concepts feel very intuitive and culturally resonant.

Key takeaways so far -
🎯 Clarity & insight - The book encourages us to ask better questions and look at problems from multiple angles.
🎯 Practical focus - It covers models that anyone (students, professionals, entrepreneurs, or curious learners) can apply in real life.
🎯 Cultural touch - Giving each model a मराठी (Marathi) name is a neat touch that connects the ideas to local readers.

My experience with his previous Marathi book 'AI-Rupe' was the same. He consistently breaks down complex topics in very engaging and simplified ways.

However, if you are curious about mental models or better decision-making, think more clearly, I highly recommend this book.
