Job Brief:

We are hiring one fresher and one experienced chat support executive. The primary responsibilities will be:

1. Handle chat support requests on the website,
2. Answering support tickets on our support system
3. Writing blogs/guides and other content

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Graduation in IT, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Having a technical-IT background is a must
- Decent typing speed
- Ability to learn and understand the system quickly
- Need to have your own laptop/computer with a stable internet connection.

Good To Have:

- Experience working as a support executive
- Email writing skills

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 1.00 AM to 10.00 AM

Salary for Fresher: 12,000-15,000/month

There will be very low to zero calling responsibilities.
