Roles and Responsibilities

1- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
2- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices. Connecting with the customer through, tele call, Email.
3- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc
4- Understanding the business policy and standard accordingly.
5- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
6- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks and maintaining attendance record
7- Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
8- Outstanding communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• Well mannered
• Any 10th, +2, graduation from an accredited University.
• Experienced in front office will be preferred.

Role-
Executives will administer sales of products and services by meeting new clients within a decided domain and sell them various products / solution offered by us. The primary objective of the role is to mark the presence of company in new domain and maintain the presence of company in existing domains.

Main Duties-
• Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation.
• Primarily focus on the sale of products and services to probable customers within a specific domain.
• Meeting monthly assigned targets.
• Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss our products would meet their requirements.
• Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.
• Visit existing clients/architect/consultants to maintain relationship and for new projects.
• Must totally focus on increasing the business by making various sales targets and estimating sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary.
• Must also carry out a survey to figure out the current trends in the industry such as prices of the products and the demand for it etc.
• The candidate should be confident enough to interact with companies.

• Possess good communication and inter-personal skills.
