We are looking for an ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Excel, a basic understanding of labor laws, and the ability to support day-to-day HR functions efficiently.

โข Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation
โข Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
โข Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordination
โข Prepare HR reports and trackers using MS Excel
โข Support compliance with basic labor laws and internal HR policies

โข 1โ2 years of experience in an HR role
โข Strong verbal and written communication skills
โข Good working knowledge of MS Excel
โข Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
โข Experience with HRMS tools e.g., Zoho People or similar
