This is a service management system including the Customer management, employee management, Service management, salary management, expenses management, Product management, User management and Backup. This script is developed in AngularJs, PHP, HTML. Its very simple to install this script directly on server. It’s easy to modify according to developer need. This script is user friendly and easy to use with all functionality. Please refer below details for more information.
Customer
1. Add Customer module help to add customers in system
2. Edit Customer option is given in Customer list where you can see the list of all customer.
3. Delete Customer option is given in Customer list, you can delete any customer from system.
Employees
1. Add employee module help to add employees in system with almost all details require to hire a employee.
2. Edit employee option is given in customer list where you can see the list of all employee.
3. Delete employee option is given in employee list, you can delete any employee from system.
Service
1. Add service provide you the option to add any service to system with all details and rate and it will directly reflect in invoice module.
2. List of service are been listed in Service list option where you can edit any listed services according to your need.
3. Delete service option is given in Service list from which you can delete the services that are listed.
Product
1. Product module is integrated to add product related to your services.
2. Purchase product module allows you to enter your purchased product and maintain all the details including purchase price, sales price, quantity, invoice details and many more.
3. Sales module allows you to sell the purchased product and stock wil be updated accordingly.
4. You can separately look at purchase list and sales list.
5. You can also separately look at current stock list.
Membership Plan
1. Membership module is given for your daily customer who want to deposit big amount to your business and then can avail benefits of membership.
2. You can customize your membership plan as you want.
3. You can access the list of all membership plan in membership plan list.
4. Membership plan can be issued to customer and the record will be maintained as invoice for that customer will be made.
5. You can see the status of membership in issue plan list.
Expense
1. You can add expense dynamically. Also you can add expense category.
2. All expenses will be listed under Expense list.
3. Add, update and delete option are added.
Salary
1. You can add salary of employee from salary module also you can pay the commission of employee from same. Maintain the record of salary.
2. All paid salary will be reflected in salary list from where you can edit or delete the salary.
Invoice
1. Request invoice allows you to add new invoice with all details. Customer, employee attended, service availed and cost details. Data of Customer with membership will be updated directly in invoice and will be updated after invoice is saved.
2. List of invoice allows you to list all invoice and you can update or delete any invoice.
Users
1. This module allows you create multiple user of system.
2. List user allows you to access all users and you can add update or delete any user.
Backup
1. This option allows you to back-up your data periodically. It will download the database file in .sql format so that you can reuse it according to your requirement.
