We debug code all week. Last weekend, we debugged our work-life balance.
In India, cricket isn't just a sport, it's practically a religion.

So when a bunch of software engineers hit the field, you already know the energy was unreal.

Some work stays behind the scenes… until a moment like this.

We recently put together a set of demo videos for a client, and this is what came back.
Not just appreciation for the videos, but for everything that went into them.

Because honestly, a good demo is just the final layer.

For a recent sustainability project demo, the team worked on performance insight models that were complex in nature but critical to getting the right outcomes. Achieving accuracy here wasn’t easy, but the effort paid off.

Some problems are invisible until someone decides to look.

This was his first project and instead of waiting to be handed a task, he went looking for a problem nobody had flagged.

He found one, built a solution through multiple iterations, and presented it to our client.

The client's reaction? Genuine surprise, not just at the solution but at the fact that a fresher had spotted something that had slipped past everyone else.

Today we took a moment internally to celebrate that. Proud of the curiosity, the ownership, and the drive he brought to this.

Three years goes by fast, until you stop and actually look at how far someone has come. These two joined us and, somewhere along the way, stopped just doing the job and started owning it. Their teams look to them not because of a title, but because they've genuinely earned that trust, one day at a time.

What's stood out over these three years isn't any single win it's the in-between stuff. Showing up on the tough days, having the hard conversations, keeping their teams steady when things felt anything but. That's the part of leadership nobody really talks about, and the part these two have handled with a lot of grace and very little fuss.
