Job Description
Purpose of the Job
1)Lead the functional strategy for VAS & New Product Development based on understanding of markets, customer requirements, new technology
2)To plan actions and roll out initiatives for delivering revenue numbers from VAS Services and increase pe*******on of VAS services in own base
Deliverables
1)Generate revenue through existing VAS
2)Design and execute programmes to enhance VAS ARPU & revenue across segments by customer life cycle management through higher customer engagement, loyalty programs leading to higher Daily REC
3)Enhance service pe*******on and usage by designing new product offerings, pricing configurations and customer communication
4)Develop & launch new revenue streams by leveraging technology, content management, network based capabilities
5)Deploy and direct implementation of strategies to enhance customer experience on VAS related services
6)Support new customer acquisition basis feedback received from the acquisition team
Salary : 12K to 40K (negotiable)
