ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 3ರಿಂದ 5ರವರೆಗೆ, Incap India ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಧವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ತಪಾಸಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು. ಇದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕಾ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಈ ತಪಾಸಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ವಾಸಕೋಶದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷಮತೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ರಕ್ತದೊತ್ತಡ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದವು.

ನಿಯಮಿತ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ತಪಾಸಣೆಗಳು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲೇ ಗುರುತಿಸಲು, ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ತಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಕೆಲಸದ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಲು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.

Incap ಜನವರಿ–ಜೂನ್ 2026 ಅವಧಿಯ ತನ್ನ ಅರ್ಧವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷದ ಇದೇ ಅವಧಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಆದಾಯವು 21.1% ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ EUR 130.2 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್‌ಗೆ ತಲುಪಿದೆ. ಹೋಲಿಕೆಯ EBITA EUR 11.7 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ಆದಾಯದ 9.0% ಅನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ, ಲಿವರ್ ಫೈಬ್ರೋ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಶಿಬಿರವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಯಕೃತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ (Liver and Nutritional Health) ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವೂ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಸೇವೆ (Preventive Healthcare) ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಅರಿವು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು.
