🖐️❌ Windows Hello Fingerprint / Face Recognition is currently unavailable?

Try this quick fix! ⚡

🔧 Steps:
1️⃣ Press Win + X → open Device Manager
2️⃣ Expand Biometric Devices
3️⃣ Find your fingerprint sensor or IR camera
4️⃣ Right-click → Update driver
5️⃣ If that doesn’t work, choose Uninstall device
6️⃣ Restart your PC — Windows should reinstall the driver automatically 🔄

Then go to Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options and check Windows Hello again. 🔐

💡 Tip: If the biometric device is completely missing, check your OEM drivers, BIOS/UEFI settings, and whether the device is enabled.

Modular PSU: The power cables are detachable. You connect only the cables you need, giving you a cleaner build and easier cable management.
Non-modular PSU: All power cables are permanently attached. It’s usually cheaper, but unused cables have to be tucked away.
Performance: Assuming similar quality and specifications, modular does not inherently mean more powerful or efficient. The main advantage is convenience and cable management.
Semi-modular PSU: A middle option where essential cables are fixed and optional cables are detachable.

💻 Windows 11: Secondary Drive Keeps Disappearing?

Is your HDD/SSD randomly disappearing from Windows 11? Don’t panic! ⚠️

Try these quick checks:

🔎 Disk Management – Check if the drive is missing a letter, Offline, RAW, or completely undetected.

🖥️ DiskPart – Open Terminal (Admin) and run:
diskpart → list disk

🔌 Check Cables & Ports – Reseat or replace SATA/USB cables and try another port.

⚙️ Check BIOS/UEFI – If BIOS doesn’t detect the drive, suspect hardware, power, or connection issues.

❤️‍🩹 Check Drive Health – Look for SMART warnings, bad sectors, CRC errors, or other failures.

🚨 Check Event Viewer – Look under Windows Logs → System for Disk, NTFS, storahci, stornvme, or Kernel-PnP errors.

🧰 Check File System – If accessible, try:
chkdsk D: /scan

⚡ Check Power Settings – Especially if the drive disappears after being idle.

🌡️ Check Temperature – Overheating can cause SSD/NVMe disconnects during heavy workloads.

🧪 Test on Another PC – This can help determine whether the problem is the drive or your PC.

🚨 IMPORTANT: If Windows shows the drive as RAW or Unallocated, DO NOT initialize or format it if you need the data.

“Device needs to be re-initialized. Please Register/check Env (Code: 740)”

This usually indicates an issue with the RD Service registration, device initialization, or environment configuration.

✅ Check that the RD Service is installed and running
✅ Reconnect/restart the biometric device
✅ Verify device registration status
✅ Check the correct Production/Test environment

⚠️ SSD Not Showing During Windows Installation? Don’t Panic! 💻

Tried loading Intel RST drivers but your SSD still isn’t appearing? The problem may not be the driver.

🔹 Check BIOS/UEFI: Is the SSD detected there?
🔹 Review VMD/Storage Settings: Make sure your BIOS configuration matches your system.
🔹 Check the SSD Connection: Verify the drive is properly seated and the slot supports your SSD type.
🔹 Use the Correct Driver: If your system uses Intel VMD/RST, make sure you’re using the appropriate storage driver.

💡 Important: If the SSD isn’t detected in BIOS/UEFI, installing more RST drivers usually won’t fix the problem. Check the hardware, slot compatibility, and BIOS settings first.
