We have recently started working on health and transportation to enable planning for more healthy cities by working with Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) with a focus on driving behavior patterns (human/driver-vehicle interaction).
Radpoo has employed specific types of equipment and devices that deliver fascinating information on driver behavior analysis (human-vehicle interaction) as well as the vehicle's technical health (if the car is also equipped with Controller Area Network) so it is also possible to read all the available parameters (as below) and display them on the software system too.
In Radpoo we begin with road users such as drivers, professional drivers, motorcyclists, and pedestrians. These categories can also be divided into protected and unprotected road users, gender, and age groups. We have three stages of comprehensive and accurate evaluation in; 1) Physical and Medical 2) Psychological 3) Cognitive Abilities. These attempts are highly dedicated to our dear Colleague Ali Khanpour efforts as head of Health and Transportation department.
Comprehensive driver files from these three main areas (assessment, training, and rehabilitation) are merged with data obtained from the DMS systems. The purpose of this comprehensive package is to find the relationship between indicators also human patterns in driving behaviors that can be generalized in the future with interventions for CAV'S. We control almost all three: human factors, roads, and vehicles.
Indeed, by assessing, training, and rehabilitating road users, as well as using intelligent vehicle monitoring systems, we may reach a formula for optimal road user health while maintaining productivity and quality of life (QoL).
