🚀 Exciting News! Quavlive Wins Open Call 1 of the SPIRIT Project! 🚀
We are excited to announce that our project, DIANE (Distributed Platform for Immersive Orchestration of Mobile Robot Fleets), has been selected among the 11 winners of the Open Call 1 of the SPIRIT Project! 🎉

What is DIANE?
The DIANE project aims to revolutionize the teleoperation of mobile robots equipped with stereo cameras. By utilizing a VR headset, such as the Meta Quest 3, operators will be able to navigate and interact with 3D scenes captured in real-time by robots using immersive point clouds. Our platform leverages the power of 5G networks and WebRTC to enable low-latency, high-quality visual feedback, making remote control more precise and intuitive.
Key Features:
⏲️ Real-time point cloud transmission for enhanced visual feedback
🛜 Seamless teleoperation and monitoring modes
🤖 Multi-robot control through a user-friendly Unity interface

We envision DIANE setting new standards for remote inspection, search and rescue, and hazardous environment exploration.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to push the boundaries of remote interaction! 🚀
