Buona festa della Donna a tutte!💐
In Digitec vogliamo rendere l’esperienza in ufficio migliore per tutti/e, ogni giorno: l’inclusione parte dalle piccole cose che fanno sentire ogni individuo considerato, valorizzato e a proprio agio.
Per questo motivo, prestiamo attenzione anche agli aspetti quotidiani – e più pratici – che contribuiscono alla tranquillità in ufficio: dall’anno scorso abbiamo uno spogliatoio provvisto di doccia dedicato esclusivamente alle colleghe che vogliono allenarsi in pausa pranzo e da quest’anno forniamo gratuitamente assorbenti nei bagni femminili.
Il nostro vero investimento non è tanto quello economico ma quello culturale: vogliamo educarci a una quotidianità in ufficio rispettosa, in cui tutti si possano sentire sereni ogni giorno.
Citando il nostro manifesto, vogliamo generare un impatto positivo sulla vita di tutte le : siamo a fianco delle donne!

At Digitec, we strive to make the office experience better for everyone, every day: inclusion starts with the small things that make each individual feel considered, valued, and at ease.
For this reason, we also pay attention to the everyday – and more practical – aspects that contribute to the peace of mind of our people while in the office: last year we fitted a changing room featuring a shower exclusively for our female colleagues who want to work out during their lunch break, and as of this year, we provide free sanitary pads in ladies’ toilets.
Our real investment is more cultural rather than economic: we want to educate ourselves to a respectful office everyday life, where everyone can feel at ease every day.
